Mission
Our objective will be to promote complete organic farming in India and thereby making it a role model for the entire agriculture sector of India.
The model we are developing in the STEP, IIT Kharagpur, will be based on proper waste management and utilizing that converted waste to wealth for our young and future generation & entrepreneurs in a systematic manner.
The research and development (R & D) center set up within the IIT campus will envisage the opportunity for the entrepreneurs and farming community of India to keep several steps ahead of time and grow nutrients rich organic food for the country.
Our objective shall also be to emphasis on the women empowerment, eradicating malnutrition in women folks by providing them an alternative source of income, being at home and handling regular household jobs.
This project in STEP IIT, Kharagpur, will also create an opportunity for the children of the schools to learn and practice the organic agriculture system from our Iconic Project and implement the same either at their home or in their schools as the case may be.
The training center set up within the IIT Campus will create more future entrepreneurs and technologically advanced farmers in future times.

Create Organic food Supply Chain – Yielding organic foods using several in house methods like using vermicompost and thereby creating a strong supply chain to reach out maximum no of Indian citizens.
Create a Model for Future Generations - To build a future where organic farming is the norm, and communities have access to fresh, healthy food while contributing to the wellbeing of the planet.
Create strong distribution channel - To develop and distribute cutting-edge agricultural technologies that increase crop yields, reduce water consumption, and minimize environmental impact for farmers nationwide.
Bringing innovations in Agriculture – To revolutionize national agriculture with technology – driven solutions that foster sustainable, highly efficient food systems to feed the growing population.
Promotion of Agroforestry – To promote agroforestry practices that integrate trees into farming systems, enhancing biodiversity, improving soil health, and providing additional income streams for farmers
Generation of employment - To connect local farmers directly with urban consumers through a community-supported agriculture model that promotes fresh, seasonal produce and strengthens local food systems.
Create future Entrepreneurs – Create advance models within the IIT campus as a simulation and spreading them to the district and local levels famers and create future entrepreneurs.
